The County of Oswego Council On Alcoholism & Addictions Inc. (COCOAA) is actively recruiting new members for our Board of Directors. We are a not-for-profit organization providing chemical dependency prevention, outpatient treatment and problem gambling services in Oswego County since 1977. The Board meets monthly at Noon and is the program development and policy setting authority for the organization. |
